The price of used homes for sale continues to rise and rose 0.4% in January
The price of used homes in Spain has risen by 0.4% during the month of January, standing at 1,786 euros / m2, according to the latest idealist real estate price index. If we look at the last quarter, the price has risen by 2% and if we look at the January 2020 data, the year-on-year rise is 1.6%.
Autonomous Communities The price rose in January in 14 Spanish regions. Andalusia and Catalonia (0.7% in both cases) lead the rises.
They are followed by increases in Madrid, the Basque Country, Asturias and Murcia (0.5% in all four regions); Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León and La Rioja (0.4% in the three autonomous communities);
Cantabria, Valencia and Extremadura (0.3% in all three cases), Galicia (0.2%) and the Balearic Islands (0.1%). CA -
